Wheaton men who allegedly kidnapped and raped 12-year-old girl are illegal immigrants

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have now confirmed that two residents of Elkins Street in Wheaton who have been charged in the kidnapping and rape of a 12-year-old are indeed in the United States illegally. Fox 5's Tom Fitzgerald reports ICE has placed a detainer on the two men, who are still in the Montgomery County jail at the moment.
