Rue21 grand opening at Ellsworth Place set for November 3

Fast-fashion retailer rue21 will open next Thursday, November 3, at 10:00 AM at Ellsworth Place mall in downtown Silver Spring. The first 100 customers in line will receive free giveaways.

This rue21 location will also include their rue+ line for plus-size teen girls. rue21 is located near McGinty's, F21 Red, and Pour Moi.
