New Hampshire Avenue will be milled and repaved by the new Gracious Retirement Living development on
October 17 and 18, 2019. This is in the Colesville area of Silver Spring north of Notley Road and south of the ICC. The work will be performed overnight, between the hours of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to avoid rush hour traffic disruption.
