Takoma Park police announced yesterday that two vehicles were stolen from outside residences in the city on Wednesday. Police were called at 8:16 AM on May 11, 2022 after a copper-colored 2020 Ford Explorer (MD tag # 4EJ3054) was stolen from in front of the owner's home. Later that same day, a beige Toyota Camry (MD tag # 1MD1413) was reported stolen at 2:55 PM, in the 600 block of Kennebec Avenue. Police did not provide the model year for the Camry.
Both vehicles have been added to the national database of stolen cars. Anyone with information about either theft is asked to please call police at 301-270-1100.
