Pizza Hut has been making slow progress towards opening its new Four Corners location at 10100 Colesville Road in Silver Spring. Permanent signage has been installed outside. Inside, the pizzeria looks close to finished. Pizza Hut is in an expansion phase after closing many of its traditional full-service locations nationwide in recent years. But this one has moved slowly, as another Pizza Hut was constructed and opened in Rockville recently in just a fraction of the time.
Why is the For Lease sign still in the window?
